Position Overview
Rush Pallets is looking for a dependable, hard-working Pallet Builder to join our production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You will be responsible for building new pallets and repairing used pallets according to company specifications while maintaining safety and production standards.
If you’re reliable, comfortable working with tools, and ready to work in a physically demanding environment, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Build new wooden pallets to company specifications
Repair and refurbish used pallets
Operate hand tools, power tools, nail guns, and other production equipment
Inspect pallets to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Meet daily production goals
Requirements
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Experience using power tools and nail guns preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in pallet manufacturing, construction, or general labor
Basic knowledge of measuring tools and lumber
Work Environment
Warehouse setting
Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
Fast-paced, production-driven environment

CDL Certified Truck Driver -- Norcross and Commerce, GA
Job Title: CDL Class A Truck Driver (Local – Home Daily)
Location: Commerce, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
Rush Pallets is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our team.
In this local driving position, you’ll be home at the end of every day. Just steady work, great pay, and a team that appreciates what you do.

What You’ll Be Doing
Local deliveries and pickups (home daily)
Operating single or tandem axle tractors/trucks
Securing and hauling van or flatbed loads safely and efficiently
Completing required logs and documentation (ELD use required)
Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicating clearly with dispatch and customers
Occasionally assisting with minor trailer adjustments or maintenance
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A driving experience
Valid CDL-A license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass all pre-employment drug tests and physicals
Familiarity with D.O.T. regulations
Flatbed experience (a plus)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Professional, positive attitude — our drivers represent our company the most.
